Stands at 9 inches tall and 10 inches wide, paper mache decorated hat.
A fun Victorian style party hat for your decor needs! This lovely hat has been painted in harvest orange, accented with black paint and black glitter. A long, wide ribbon in plaid autumn colors is tied in a lovely bow at the back of the hat. Three miniature broom have been accented with an organza ribbon also in fall colors and attached to the plaid ribbon.
