PLEASE NOTE: slight variation may occur on design and placement; because each is hand drawn and hand-painted.
I've created this lovely decor with a paper mache hand, painted in gray with gold celestial accents. I made a cross between the mystal eye in hand and the glory hand with the flaming fingertips. The fingernails are painted in silver, with silver scrollwork enhancing the celestial paints on the back of the hand. The eye in the palm is created with ink and neatly applied with a primitive look. I've created flames on the fingertips with painted tissue paper.
The whole hand has been accented with black and purple for shadowing and aging. The bottom of the arm is dressed in primitive with gray and beige striping. Coffee dyed cheesecloth accents the cloth.
The hands vary slightly in height from 11 1/2 inches to 12 inches. The base measures 4 3/4 inches in diameter.
