This is a magical bottle for the altar that features Circe Offering The Cup to Ulysses by John William Waterhouse, 1891.
PROPS AROUND BOTTLE NOT INCLUDED
I created this jar using mixed media. Media was printed on 24 lb. linen paper. The base bottle is an 8 Oz. food grade juice bottle ordered specifically for this project. I have cleaned it and you will be able to use this bottle if you want a potion bottle or vase. The cork is removable and has a permanently attached piece of aged cheescloth with a large blue jewel.
The artwork is framed with chips of tiger’s eye, the base color of the bottle is cornflower blue with a brush of gold overcoat, allowing the blue to show through.
The back of the bottle features a spiral.
This decorative piece stands at 7.5 inches tall and 2.5 inches diameter at the widest part.
This would be a lovely addition to your altar or to decorate another area of your home.
