Scrying is a type of divination that has been practiced for centuries with water, crystal balls, polished brass, tin, mercury glass and black mirrors. It has been practiced by people such as John Dee and Nostrodamus.
When using your mirror it is better to view into them in a darkened room, lit with a candle, and stare into them at an angle, or a bit below your vision line.
The frame of this mirror measure 12 inches tall x 4 1/2 inches wide at the widest and tallest points.
Crafted of solid brass in art deco style, it features a lovely nymph standing under a tree. This is a rare opportunity to have a mirror like this one.
The scrying area measure 4 1/2 inches x 3 inches at the widest and tallest points.
The mirror is an absolutely gorgeous with beautiful detail. It weighs in just over 2 pounds.
The back is covered in a faded wine color material.
In excellent condition for it's age.
I created this mirror during the waxing moon it will be packaged and shipped after the November full moon eclipse.
